Don Failla

Don Failla began his network marketing career in 1967. Over the years, he refined a simple, proven system for building a large and lasting organization by focusing on what worked and teaching others to duplicate it.

By the time of his passing, his organization included more than 1.4 million people. Every day, between six and seven hundred new members joined his business. Don led seminars in more than 35 countries.

He retired over twenty years ago, yet his business continued to grow organically, a true testament to the power of systems and simplicity.

Don and his wife, Nancy, were married for 56 years. They lived in California and raised two sons, Doug and Greg, and were proud grandparents to five grandchildren.

Don Failla passed away in August 2024, leaving behind a remarkable legacy. His book, Own Your Life, with more than 11 million copies sold and translations in many languages, remains the cornerstone of this system and continues to inspire people worldwide.
